Adios 2008

A quick update from the Osborne's. We have made it safely to North Carolina, and we think we have found a home. We are hopeful that the paperwork will go smoothly. Our stuff won't be delivered until next Tuesday, so we will be in the hotel for a few more nights. Taking a day off from the *moving stuff* we took Ayden to the Pine Knoll Shore Aquarium, he loved looking at all the fish and animals. We hope everyone has a wonderful and safe New Year's Eve, as we all look forward to 2009. God Bless!

Ayden had his first haircut last week. We weren't sure how well he would sit still, but he did a great job, not even a squirm!

We officially leave for Cherry Point NC tomorrow, We will be looking for a home, hopefully having our stuff delivered, and getting organized. So please bear with us if we don't post for a few days. Santa's Visit 2008

Merry Christmas to all! We hope you all are having a very blessed holiday season.

We have a cast.

To give everyone an update on Ayden's foot, we still are not convinced whether or not it is actually broken. The x-ray's don't show a break, but as of 10 days after the accident he still wasn't walking on it. The specialist said that she would much rather over treat a sprain, than under treat a break. Hence, we have a hard cast for the next couple of weeks. Here are some pictures.

Christmas in the City

We decided to take a quick hiatus from our moving plan and went to New York City for 2 days. Ayden saw Santa at Macy's and we toured the Christmas lights at Rockefeller Center. He was a trooper, but it was a tad chilly. Here are some of the highlights.

Update on the move from He**

I'm sorry it has been a bit since our last post, but we have had a few ups and downs on our trip. While in San Antonio visiting family, Jeremy and I both had food poisoning. Fortunately Ayden didn't get it, however while at Sea World Ayden was riding down the slide with Jeremy and his foot was caught underneath Jeremy's leg. He may or may not have broken it. We have to have x-ray's done again this week to confirm. The ER said it may be a *t0ddler fracture* basically a break in the cartilage of the toddler's bone. These breaks often don't show up for about 10 days. We will keep you posted, and please keep Ayden in your prayers!

The final post from Yuma

Today was the day. They are off. It has been a pleasure to be able to keep you updated on the growing little man that is Ayden. I shall now join the masses of being a blog stalker and gently reminding Kate when it has been more than a few days in between posts. Everything today was uneventful and smooth. Please keep them in your prayers as they travel across the country and get settled in a new place.
