AUNT CARRIE IS HERE!!! Its be a long few months since Carrie has seen Ayden at Christmas, he has lots of tricks to show off. This is right when Carrie arrived at the house to see her nephew.

I am out of town for a few days, but that doesn't mean you all don't want to see the little guy. Ayden does not like pacifiers, never has, but lately they make a great chew toy if they are left in ice water for a minute or two.

Strangers

This picture is from last week when Mike and Ali came over for dinner. Ayden is fascinated by anyone with a deep voice so he would not stop staring at Mike, not even to pose for the camera like he usually does. We think he is recognizing strangers recently - not that he doesn't like strangers, but you could read Ayden like a book when he would look at Mike and try to figure out who this guy was. It was pretty funny. By the end of the night, Mike had a new pal.

Kate found Ayden inside the suitcase the other day... he must be on his way to visit all the people he knows throughout the country, or maybe off to see dad.

We had a practice run today for Jeremy's homecoming this fall. Kate and Jeremy's good friend Mike and five other pilots returned home today after seven months at sea so we had a homecoming practice with Ayden. Plus we were able to be the paparazzi for Ali and Mike.
